A PASSION FOR PIZZA

When we first tried Neapolitan pizza in 2016, it ruined all other pizza for us. Since moving to Redding in 2020 we always joked about trying to get out favorite Neapolitan pizza place out here someday. We started trying to recreate the pizza we loved in our home instead, when we felt like we had finally achieved the pizza we loved so much we ask ourselves the question, 'why don’t we just open a pizza place?' So we began taking steps to open our first restaurant and pizzeria. Our pizza is handcrafted using only the best ingredients sourced from Italy. We love our pizza and we can not wait for you to try it.

What Makes it Neapolitan?

Cooked exclusively in a wood-fired oven

Cooked at 806-896 degrees Fahrenheit for 60-90 seconds

Dough is made with 00 flour, yeast, salt, and water

Topped with fresh, or Buffalo Mozzarella

Uses San Marzano Tomatoes from the Campania region in Italy
